  Lauren Mileto

(also teaches beginning piano)

Lauren’s education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Baker College, Allen Park, Michigan; Vocal Music Education Major at Northern Michigan University at Marquette; and associates degree, Liberal Arts with music concentration at Alpena Community College.  Lauren was four year vocal major and completed several additional music education classes.

  Julie Rose
MS Michigan State University
(also teaches beginning violin)

Ms. Rose graduated from Michigan State University and studied voice extensively with Gean Greenwell (MSU), Marjorie Gordon (WSU) and Jan Albright (OU).  She has also had Master Classes and coaching from many prominent teachers, the most recent being Richard Miller at Oberlin Conservatory of Music.  Julie has taught voice and basic piano in her studio in Southfield and at the Art Center Music School for many years.  Her most unique solo performances were the Michigan premier of Fanshawe’s African Sanctus at Wayne State University featuring a tour-de-force virtuoso soprano solo; in the title role of Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas at Ford World Headquarters; and the premier of two American works at the Clare College Cambridge Choral Festival.

 
     
 

Vocal instruction is offered to seventh graders through adults.
An accompanist fee may be charged for vocal students.
